Nurturing the next generation of health professionals

If you're a provisional psychologist or a new therapist navigating the early stages of your career, you've come to the right place. My mission is to support as many new therapists as possible through connection, consultation, collaboration, community, and high-quality courses and content.

Connection

Gain support in building deeper connections with your clients, yourself and other like-minded peers. A relational approach prioritises authenticity, empathy, attunement to individual differences, ongoing feedback and a commitment to repairing and strengthening the appliance. Meaningful connection enhances the supervisory or therapeutic process and results in both personal and professional growth.

Consultation

Receive support and guidance from an experienced supervisor who understands the challenges of being a new therapist. Your well-being is prioritised and groups provide a supportive space for you to unpack, explore, and learn. You will be encouraged to share your most challenging cases and questions in an environment that fosters empathy towards yourself as well as your clients.

Collaboration

Join supportive, practical and experiential supervision groups where provisional psychologists and early career therapists learn and grow together through collaboration, reflection, and the exchange of ideas, insights, and resources.

Community

Join a free Facebook group where tips and information are shared. You can also ask questions, seek advice, and celebrate your wins. Being a new therapist can be isolating at times, but you shouldn't have to go through this journey alone.

Content

Access a growing list of supervision groups, online programs, resources and articles that are designed to simplify and streamline the internship tasks so you can use your valuable supervision time to focus on skill development and supporting your clients.

Let me introduce myself...

I'm Claire Trevitt and I help provisional psychologists and early career therapists to authentically bring themselves into their work, to connect more deeply with their clients and to feel more confident, present, and grounded in the therapy chair.

I emphasise a relational process, (which can be integrated with your preferred therapy model). to enable therapists to feel more energized and aligned with their personal and professional growth.

I truly love this work and even after two decades, I continue to grow as a therapist, and I invite you to join me on this journey.

About me...

I am a psychologist and Board-Approved Supervisor who is passionate about supporting new therapists. I have been supervising provisional psychologists since 2006 and have facilitated supervisor training workshops and masterclasses. I have also provided supervision to students completing formal studies in counselling and psychotherapy.

I have worked in a diverse range of settings, encompassing organisational psychology, medico-legal and forensic assessment, psycho-educational assessment, and private practice offering longer-term psychotherapy and short-term intervention.

I have completed formal training in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behaviour therapy, hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), nutritional psychology and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. I am currently completing training in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy.

My approach is holistic, relational, trauma-informed, and attachment-informed. I provide a service that is inclusive and affirming of all humans and individual differences.
